Model Release

By scheduling a session with me you automatically agree to grant Brooke Mendenhall Photography irrevocable & unrestricted rights to use, trade, sell & publish any & all images taken at your session. This includes editorial, advertisement & any other purpose & in any manner or medium. The images may be altered without restriction. If you do not want your images to be used, do NOT book a session.  No exceptions.

 

Clients are welcome to upgrade the collection that is chosen, as long as the images are still available.

All images on created by Brooke Mendenhall Photography are copywritten & owned by Brooke Mendenhall. Using any image for personal or commercial purposes without proper licensing is strictly prohibited. Image thieves will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
